I have worked with ICT & Marcus for many years and that wouldn’t happen if the service they provide wasn’t the best. I get excellent pricing but also excellent care and attention. I trialled a Dell Laptop, liked it, bought some and in between ordering and delivery Dell has changed the BIOS resulting in my imaging solution not working. Marcus & Jeff were tireless in liaising with Dell to get the problem solved via an updated BIOS to solve our problem. Where else can you get that service? Rumour has it you don’t sacked for buying CISCO, I would say you can’t go wrong with these guys either.
